What forms of payment do you accept?
Deposits must be sent via Cash App ($ZEZEBOYD), and the remaining balance must be paid in cash only. Deposits are non-refundable.
What are the hair preparation requirements before my appointment?
Your hair must be freshly washed, product-free (no grease, oils, etc.), blown out straight, and fully detangled. Failure to do so will result in an upcharge.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Once you select your desired style, you must send a deposit within 30 minutes. If the deposit is not sent, your appointment slot will become available for others to book.
What is your late arrival policy?
There is a 15-minute courtesy period for late arrivals. After this grace period:
10 minutes late – A $15 late fee will be charged.
30 minutes late – Your appointment will be canceled.
Are there any additional fees for last-minute or holiday bookings?
Yes. Last-minute, same-day, or holiday appointments are considered VIP appointments and will be subject to an additional fee:
$25 fee for all feed-ins
$50 fee for all locs
